Vegan Pizza

Steps

To make the Pizza base: 

1. Take 140 ml of water, 1 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil with one cup of maida, and 110gms of wheat flour in a bowl 

2. Add 1 tsp of salt and sugar 

3. Add 1/2 tbsp of dried yeast

4. Mix it all together and knead it into a dough

5. Cover it and keep it undisturbed for about two hours 


Method:

  1.  Stretch the dough and roll it into a nice pizza oval 

  2. Pre-heat the oven and half bake it in the over 

To make pizza topping:

  1.  Bring a large pan to medium heat. Once hot, add 1 Tbsp olive oil

  2. Add all veggies except soya paneer 

  3. Season with salt, herbs, and stir. Cook until soft and set aside.

Method:

1. To assemble your vegan pizza, spread just a thick layer of Pem's Nanaka Organic Pizza sauce (DM us on Instagram to order) on the pizza base 

2. Spread your veggies evenly over the base 

3. Add chunks of soya paneer 

4. Bake till soya paneer becomes crisp and golden brown.

5. Garnish with dried oregano and red pepper flake.


Voila! Vegan pizza is ready! Slice and devour!

Ingredients

For pizza base:

Water....140 ml

Extra virgin olive oil....1tbsp

Maida....110gms/1cup

Wheat flour....110gms

Salt...1tsp

Sugar...1tsp

Dried yeast...1/2 tsp


For Pizza toppings:

Shredded soya paneer 

Diced veggies

Pem's Nanaka organic pizza sauce

Dry oregano for seasoning
